107 Compound Wynwood
107 Compound is a 30,000 sq ft property located in Wynwood Miami. This urban oasis is made up of three buildings around a pool on the edge of the rail road tracks. The main living area was a conversion from a 1940's printing factory and the entertainment area was previously a two story machine shop built in the 1960's. The guest house is a cottage with exposed Dade county pine beams dating from 1926.
